Any Input (Positive or Negative) on Mona Vie?

Hello,

A few days ago I was given a bottle of some "health" juice called Mona Vie. Apparently it is only distributed through multi level marketing which I'm not interested in, but I am curious as to whether this stuff is as good as they claim. Has anyone noticed a difference in their health or energy levels? It is pretty expensive so before I buy any more I wanted to hear from people first hand who drink it and don't just want me to sign up and sell it. Thanks...

I too have tried it & didn't notice any difference in my energy. I personally wouldn't waste my money on it!

I'd have to agree with Andrea S. on this one! Mona Vie is very, very expensive, one bottle only lasts one week, and it tastes horrible! I know people that have drank it and their health improved, but I too think it was all in their heads. Also I think it's a fad and it's Multi Level Marketing which will get people to tell you anything to have you buy it.
I drank it for one week, and I didn't feel any different. My husband and kids wouldn't drink it cause it tastes awful, so I don't think it's worth the money. There are other, less expensive ways to get vitamins and minerals. I like the V-8 fruit juices.
Also I didn't notice my energy levels changing, and if it's as good as "they" say it is, then I should've! lol! Get a B-12 shot for energy, I KNOW that works! :)

Mona Vie is a great, albeit, expensive product. It does contain some incredibly high levels of antixiodants that can be very beneficial to your health. The claims from the company include benefits such as more energy, better sleeping, etc... While antioxidants are a key ingrediant that we should all be including in our diets - make sure that you are also utilizing another system for vitamins and nutritional supplementation, as well as eating healthy and exercising. While I love the concept of Mona Vie - you are correct, it is "MLM," which, while it does work great for some - tends to be rather expensive for the average joe. :) There are many ways that you can up your intake of antioxidants, to include Mona Vie, or just plain ol' vegetables and other supplementation. Give it a try! You might find that you love it and the benefits it has. Just make sure that your budget could realistically afford to purchase it, if you decide that's right for you. :) Just don't use it to take the place of good old vitamins and healthy eating. Good luck!

My husbands' relatives are really into selling this stuff. I tried it at their house once, and it made me sick. Something that was in it obviously did not make my intestines happy. The relatives swear by it, but I sort of think it is in their heads.

The primary ingredient is the Acai berry, and you can get that juice for much less money at a health food store. I don't think it is really worth as much as they sell it for. I believe it is a fad that will fade away over time.

I get fruit drinks from Bolthouse Farms at Target sometimes when I need a kick. The immunity boost tastes good and does seem to boost my immune system. To me, it is better than the Mona Vie stuff.

Hey A.,

My brother has been drinking it for months. and it has really helped his knees. he was told that he should have to have surgery on both. he is 32. but he can tolerate the pain while he is drinking the juice. he does sell it now only because it helped him soo much. I have some. and have a different bottle my 3 yr old can drink. he has to be in the mood. I don't drink it offen enough to tell any difference with myself. let me know if you have any questions and I can ask my brother.

I tried it about two years ago. I could not tell any difference. Everyone I know who has tried it has discontinued taking it because it does not make a big enough difference to justify the expense. It costs much less and is better for your whole family to just maintain a healthy diet by buying fresh produce.
