Every year I get a gift from my daughter to her Daddy for his Birthday. This year I am out of ideas. Something small and inexpensive. Any ideas?

What can I do next?

Your daughter is the perfect age to make something for her daddy. Have her color, decorate etc. a picture frame and then take a picture of her and put it in the frame. I am sure he will love it~

When my daughter was that age, I ended up taking a nice close up picture of the two them. Then found a really cool "daddy's girl" picture frame. He still loves that picture.

One of my friends gave me the idea to take five pictures of my daughter holding wooden letters that spell "DADDY". I bought them at Michaels and painted them black so they would show up well in the pictures. Then I bought a frame at Aaron Brothers that had a space for five separate photos. My husband put it in his office and gets a lot of compliments on it. This is also a good Father's Day gift idea.

Ask your daughter. My 2yr old wanted to buy her daddy a monkey so we went and found a stuffed monkey and that is what he got...it made him laugh and made her feel like it really came from her.

check your local craft store - maybe something like a picture frame or photo album that your daughter can help "customize" by adding stickers, pictures (I've seen lots of creative ways to incorporate kids' fingerprints or hand prints into designs - one year our daughters' preschool decorated a plain flower pot with the kids' thumbprints that were turned into fishes by adding tails and fins)

I came across a super slim wallet that I'm probably going to get this year for Father's Day. I heard that men shouldn't carry their wallets in their back pockets because it could be bad for their backs. A money clip isn't big enough for my husband, so I found this really neat wallet that he could carry in his back pocket w/out feeling like he's sitting on a phone book...
