Hi Moms,

My son is an ADRENALINE JUNKIE!!!! If he could, he would ride EVERYTHING!!!!! I know most rides are 48 inches tall. He's about 45... Will Busch Gardens Tampa still be fun for him? Are there a lot of cool rides for kids his age/height? Or would you suggest another park that's more fun in Orlando?
We've been to : Legoland (it was fun but SUPER busy... We went on one of the busiest days of the year, unfortunately)
Sea World: in the winter, so didn't go on any rides.
Disney: Don't know if he'll get bored of Disney nowadays..

What can I do next?

Parks change over the years. It's been over 10 years since we went to Busch Gardens Tampa. My kids were young and they loved it!

I just took my kids to BG Williamsburg and my 5 year old had a BLAST! He was able to ride pretty much whatever he wanted to - and he wasn't for the big roller coasters like my 7 year old was.

I doubt he'd get bored at Disney!!

Go online and check the height requirements for the certain rides and then you'll know.

yes my daughter loved rides from 1-4 and would go on every ride possibe and wear heels to get on bigger ones. We took her there at 1 and 3 and she loved it. They have a good amt of kids rides that are faster (music round ride in little form, tons of rides where you lay on your stomach and fly through air and so on) I miss when my kid loved rides=( My daughter at 5 J. decided they're scray...boooo. She still loves them, but I'm the mean mom focing her on the coaster as she screams and then shes the first in line the next time. This year it seems I have to remind her she loves rides??

All ages love Disney. Try the waterparks. They are super fun. Universal studios and island of adventure are great too. Nickelodeon hotel is fun to stay at for his age group. Our 5 year has been Disney, sea world,, and nick hotel. He would go back to all of them. We might do busch gardens this weekend.

I would suggest Epcot instead. Most of the good rides at Busch Gardens are for those older, or who are 48 inch tall. They are super strict, so you can't try to have him get on one, either. Epcot is great for kids, and if he likes science and adventure he will love it!

I would think he would still get a kick out of Disney...as far as I know, only the Rock-n-Roller Coaster at Hollywood Studios has the 48 inch height requirement, all the others (Tower of Terror, Space Mountain, etc.) he should be able to get on. Check with their website and see what it says.

I have never met a kid bored at Disney. Have you ever been there? Give it
a try. Not so sure Busch Gardens would be that much fun for him, if I remember correctly.

I also have a 6 year old who loves thrill rides! And he's never bored at any of the Disney parks. His fave is at hollywood studios called tower of terror he will ride it at least 3 times per visit! He also likes everest at animal kingdom.
