Ok, So my 1 year old was hospitalized a couple of days ago. Becuase he was still loosing weight and is so sick. The doctor told us we need to only give him Good Start Formula. We have been giving him the Sams club brand. Good start is almost twice as much as what we have been giving him, and we can not really aford it. Especially with the Doctor and hospital bills. Does anyone know of anywhere on the internet or any where I can get Good Start Coupons, to help curve the cost?

On a side note, we will do whatever we need to get our son better again, even if it cost us a fortune. Money is not an issue when it comes to our kids. However, it would be great if we can find coupons to help curve the cost.

What can I do next?

If the doctor is ordering it, can he write is as something the insurance pays for? If not, ask the Dr. office where you can find it much cheaper, maybe through some health care or kids center........they surely have to have someone to help. Try the local Children's hospital as well.

Get on Google and put in Good Start coupons.....and see what happens, you may have to add more or less info to it, but give it a shot..............

Can he eat other things that are high in calories that are healthy for him.......

I'll say a prayer for you.....Good luck and take care.

Ebay has great coupons and go to the website for good start and see if you can get on a mailing list for GS coupons.
I do that with Horizon milk products and love that I get coupons from them without hunting through papers, etc.
ALSO - check out coupons.com. They frequently have formula coupons and they might be your brand. It is free to sign up and they send a weekly/bi-weekly email with printable coupons in them. They also have a bunch of great diaper coupons, I've noticed.
Side note, what does the doctor say about introducing whole milk now that your child is one year old? That could help with costs, too.

you could try local pregnancy counseling places. When I had my oldest daughter I had WIC and she had a ton of formula left so I donated it to Abortions Alternative Information, a local non profit group. I have also given them alot of baby cereal and jarred foods over the years. Those places are there to help for that stuff, you maybe able to find someone on Craigslist selling their extra formula or put an ad that says your willing to buy unopened cans of it. Good luck and I hope your son gets better!

Go here:

http://www.gerber.com/AllStages/Special_Offers.aspx

On the left side, you'll see an option to enter your email address for Gerber Grows With You. You should start receiving money saving checks in the mail for all formulas. It's a great program! And it's free. =0)
