I've taken my DD there for the last 2 years and had a great time. Any other cities have something like this, I live in Grand Prairie but don't mind driving 20-30 minutes. My daughter is 3 so I'm not looking for somewhere scary.

So What Happened?

Thanks for the recommendations. I think I'm going to try North Richland Hoot and Howl, I was looking for something on the weekend.

What?! I take my boys every year and my parents took me when I was little. That really stinks!!! Maybe I will consider Boo at the Zoo.

NO!!!!!! That's a family tradition! We LOVE Grapevine Halloween. Riding the little train, the b ounce houses, the shopping, the games, and my favorite part is seeing all those really cool costumes in one place. We look forward to it every year! WTH? Why? That really blows. I wouldn't have know if you hadn't said anything. We just would've shown up and been heartbroken.

We have a great event in Haltom City at our Recreation Center every year. Bounce houses, face painting, temporary tattoos, costume contest with prizes (for 2-10 year-olds), goody bags for each child, crafts, games, and food. It is on Halloween from 6-8pm. Check our website for more information: www.haltomcitytx.com. Thanks!

The Oaks in GP has a free Family Fest on Halloween; with bounce houses and games. I don't know what's planned for this year, but there have been pony rides and a petting zoo in previous years.

Arlington has After Dark in the Park at River Legacy this weekend (10/7-10/9). It's geared towards kids under 10 so nothing scary. They have bounce houses, pumpkin patch, games, food, etc. We go every year and always have a great time. There's a hayride in from the parking lot to the entrance too.

Keller has Keller's Spook Kooky Castle at Johnson Road park, it's usually the weekend before Halloween on Sunday and it caters to young children.
North Richland Hills has their Hoot N Howl at Green Valley Community Park. You can search both cities pages and you should be able to find them.
