Has Anyone Tried AdKids Modeling Agency?

We signed up with them and did not have much luck. My husband and I work full-time so it was hard to take days off on short notice. I would try to find an agency that does not require any money up front. I do not think that they are the best. Ihope this helps.

My husband and I were going to go for the heck of it... but then I was trying to find their information to get directions and found a bunch of HORRIBLE reviews about them (as well as many other kid ad agencies) so we skipped it.

Let me know what you find out about them. I was also wondering about them for my six month old son. They sent me some information but I don't want to pay a bunch of money out. Thanks

I am so thankful for your reviews my daughter has an appointment with them on Saturday I guess we will be skipping it.

We went to an AdKids interview. During the interview we passed several selection criteria and were offered an oppertunity to sign up. The up-front cost was $630 and then they required photo sessions every 6 months at about $50. When we told them that we would like to research it for a day, our invitation was retracted. We have been very disappointed with AdKids. In one year my son has only gotten one call for a commercial. We also still get mailings from them to sign up - it's as if they don't even know who their own clients are! The chances of getting a job are very low.

They stink! I gave them 500 bucks and I have not received any auditions at all,and on top of that getmy son's picture taken every 6 months! Never give anyone money again! I was a former model,not famous,for Elite back in the '80's and I shouldv'e known better! Sincerely,C.
