Iphone - Which Size

I'm finally breaking down and getting an iphone after having a blackberry for years plus my ipod always on me as well so I'm excited to have one device instead of both. My question - which size should I get? I do have a lot of music, but no need to really have it all with me all the time. So as far as taking pics and videos with the phone, plus apps, plus some music, will 8 GB be enough space? i mean obviously this depends greatly, but I guess I'm just trying to gauge it so for those of you who have a good number of apps, use the phone to take pics and videos of your kids, and listen to at least some music, plus maybe some podcasts...advice, suggestions??

What can I do next?

When buying technology.... buy the MOST storage you can afford at the time. You may think you don't need it but eventually, you will use it.

I just upgraded to the 4S from the 3G and got the minimum ($199 for 16GB). Even though I had over 1200 photos and videos (total) and lots of apps, I was using less than 2GB on my old phone. I keep a separate ipod in my car, and that's what really takes up space. If you plan on making your phone your main ipod, then you'll need a LOT of memory.

The 8gb will be plenty. I had about 400 songs, 500 pics and vids and about 75 apps. And didn't even make a dent in 8gb. But I think the deal money wise is for the 16gb.

If you're looking at a 4s, 8gb isn't even offered.

16 gig at least... Apps, music, pictures, calendar data, contacts, etc...

You might want to wait if you are a gadget freak. The iPhone 5 is set to be released around June.

8 GB is probably not going to be enough. I just checked my iPhone, and I have 28.5 GB of capacity and I'm using 6.5 GB right now (so if I had the 8GB model, it would be nearly full right now). I have 575 photos, 6 videos, 625 songs, 35 apps. I would check and see how much storage you're using on your Blackberry plus your iPod, and go from there.

I have a 16GB and I finally ran out of room on it... I think i had like 400 pictures, 50 videos and a ton of music and apps.. 8GB is a lot but if you take a ton of pics or have a bunch of music it just seems worth it to go with the 16GB..
