I absolutely adore Dr. Erica Zwernamann at Southlake Family Medicine. She never seems rushed and takes her time. Her rapport with my kids is fantastic! She listens well and doesn't talk down to you. I highly suggest her!!

Micheal McCoy. across from Baylor. We have gone to him for 8 years. I totally love him very easy going, laid back, jokes around with kids and parents. I drive from Flower Mound. He was rated one of the top peds in area.

I am completely happy with my pediatrician. His name is Dr. Trung Tran. He is located on Northwest Highway (in the Tom Thumb parking lot). There are a couple of reasons why I really like him and the staff.
1. He speaks to you on a level that you understand. He does not flaunt his education.
2. I have a 6 month old and he always plays around with her a little, so I like that he tries to make her feel comfortable.
3. The office seems to stay on schedule. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be called back to a room. After being called back, you do not have to wait long before the nurse(s) and doctor see you.

Hi E.. I live just down the road from you in Lewisville and we have a great Pediatrician here. He is located on Edmonds which is off Bus. 121. The name of the office is Lake Lewisville Pediatrics and the doc we see is Dr. Glen Ogden and we really like him as well as the rest of the office. I actually found him from the reviews of the office here on Mamasource. My 5 year old thinks she is great and she is awesome with my newborn! Her staff is very friendly and accomodating. They really seem to care about my kids. My sister in law uses them too!

Try Dr Roger Knapp in South Lake, I don't know if he is taking new patients, but he is AWESOME. He literally saved my childs life. he will take time with you and your child.

I'm so sorry about her experiences, but we go to her partner, Dr. Harston. We love her! She spends all the time in the world with us and listens very well. I cannot say enough good things about her. We feel that we are blessed to have found her. I will say that we have had to wait a while, but that is only because she spends so much time with her patients. I

I highly recommend Dr. Elizabeth Dickey. She and her staff are outstanding. She takes her time with my son. She is very thorough. She is in Grapevine off Northwest Hwy by the Tom Thumb.

I know you stated Grapevine but if you are willing to go to Southlake, Dr. Erica Zwernemann is a great pediatrician! She's so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I've always gotten in at spur of the moment times when I'm worried about something with my child. You can even send her emails and the nurse gets back to you very timely. She's with Southlake Family Medicine.

My kids see Dr. Mary Askari-Brown in the same office as Dr. Dickey. She is amazing. The office in general is very professional. I've never left feeling like we weren't taken care of. I take my kids to Mr. Michael McCoy at Practical Pediatrics. It is at 811 Ira E. Woods, Grapevine, 76051 - ###-###-####. He was the pediatrician that we saw after my daughter was born in 1999 at Baylor Grapevine. He spends a good deal of time with us and I never feel rushed along. His PA - Linda Perrin is nice and good with the kids. My kids are 9 and 5. I hope this helps.

We absolutely LOVE her! She has young children herself and is an extremely loving and caring doctor. We never have trouble getting in to see her when we need to.

We also had a problem with our first pediatrician and switched to Dr. Shori on a recommendation from my OB. I wanted a doctor that really cared and Dr. Shori does. My oldest son used to cry hysterically when he even learned that we were going to the doctor, once we switched to Dr. Shori the crying stopped. He even asks to go see her!

We love our pediatrician-- Julie Hodge of Cook's Children in Lewisville. She is located at Hebron and 35. Wonderful bedside manner and a really great physician. I can't imagine taking my children to anyone else!

Dr McCoy with Practical Pediatrics off of William D Tate in Grapevine is fantastic, personable, playful with the children, energetic, and his staff is great too. He will listen to you, chat with you and make you and your child feel important to him.

I use to see that practice as well. My daughter is now 11 and we left when my daughter was three.

I highly recommend Lighthouse Family medicine and Dr. Kenneth LeCroy. Their number is ###-###-####..

He is a family doctor so everyone including yourself can see him. He has three children of his own. He will tell you his opinion but you can make the ultimate decision.. for example on vaccinations for my 20 month old.. he told me that we could split up the MMR if I would like to.. and I said that would be great. There is a lot of controversy over that vaccine.

When my daughter was three and we went there the first time, she had to get shots. I was overly impressed because he held her like a Daddy would while the nurse gave the shots. Right before the nurse came in, the receptionist came in and said he had a phone call.. and he told her to take a message that he was busy. Meaning that my daughter was most important. We have been very happy with this practice and if you can't see the doctor the nurse practitioner is great and his wife is also a doctor Dr. Tara and she works a couple of days a week as well.

Dr Shari Kushwaha is in Southlake/Keller on 1709 and Pearson. She is a great pediatrician and takes the time to return her phone calls personally as well as making you her priority. She has a small one Dr office and her NP is great.

Dr Shori in Grapevine is also a very caring and compassionate pediatrician who belongs to the Cook Childrens network. She is very gentle and works with you and your concerns. She speaks to you not at you and is great with kids. She has 2 small ones of her own. Her office is shared with 2 other great docs on Northwest Hwy near dove in grapevine.

If you are willing to drive a bit farther to Las Colinas, the Pediatricians at the Medical Clinic of North Texas are absolutely fabulous. Drs. Viktorin, Rathkamp, Meyer, Rutherford are extremely sweet and caring. I have never had a bad experience with these physicians and I take both my daughters to them. I have a 10 and 7 year old and both have been there since infancy. I am a working mother and this office has always been able to accomodate my schedule and my childrens'. Hope this helps.
