I am a SAHM of an almost 8 month old boy and my husband and I are interested in getting a living trust written now that we have a little one. Does anyone have a recommendation for someone who does this in the East Bay or Tri Valley area? I would like to recommend...Lisa Elliott, Attorney At Law with offices in Pleasanton at 78 Mission Drive, ###-###-####, and at 2858 Diamond Street in SF ###-###-####. She specializes in Estate Planning and Probate Law. She's a mom too. After procrastinating for 10 years (yes, I know that is so bad to do), Lisa Elliott made the process easy and painless. I wondered why I waited so long! My parent's used her too. She does Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives and HIPAA. Her prices seemed fair and the work was done quickly. As for life insurance, buy term. If you want investments, buy investments, rather than whole life. That would be my advice for what it's worth to you. The best advice I can give is do it NOW!

We love our "Retirement Planning Specialist" whom also is putting together a life insurance quote for us. He really knows and understands his business, and best of all he is not at all pushy. We trust him to give us the facts and not force us into anything. He has been great. Although his physical office is in Morgan Hill, we live in the Tri Valley area and he has always come to us.
