It would help if you would put what you are looking for, such as number of bedrooms, location or area you want to live, any special things you must have like a garage or fenced yard, appliances included?

There are a few houses for rent down Sooner past 240. I don't know the price ranges. Sooner Elem is close also if your kids are of school age.

We have a house for sale at 1140 NW 31st (31st & Classen). It's a starter home, 3 bed. Priced now at $69,900. We have it listed with a real estate agent but just found out he is giving up his license soon so we may do a for sale by owner and carry the financing until a person could get their own financing if we find someone we really like. I'm not sure what the monthly payments would be, my guess is $600/month, but my husband could figure that out tonight when he gets home.

What price range are you looking for? Have you thought about buying, I always say if I was approved to buy any one can buy.
There are a few houses in my neighborhood for rent and they are also still building in my neighborhood.
I'm not sure what they want for rent my neighbors own several houses over here that they rent out. I suggest looking into buying, I pay $643 a month for my 3 bedroom, I know there are areas that would be less expensive, but were paying for "Edmond".

call ###-###-#### the house is MOORE. But it is 3 bedrooms. I don't think it is rented but she will tell you if it is.
