I've read the book titled, What To Expect the First Year. It was very informative. Now my son is 13 months old, and I would like to find another resource or book that I could read. Topics such as sleeping, eating, playing, developmental milestones, behavior, etc. I've tried researching on the internet, but havent quite found what I'm looking for.
My son is now 18 months and I also found What To Expect the Toddler years helpful. Another great one is The Baby Whisperer for Toddlers - this one has been a great resource for me in recognizing my son's personality and learning how to work with it when it comes to eating, sleeping, disciplining, etc. Also, The Happiest Toddler on the Block. Check them out!

My son is also 13 months old. I found What To Expect The Toddler Years to be just as good and informative. Might give it a try.

Your Child's Health by Barton D. Schmitt, MD. It was recommended to my by my pediatrician when my 1st was very young & I was having sleep issues. The book has been practically a bible for me. It covers emergencies, illnesses, behavior & stuff like ways to prevent picky eating, sex education, nutrition - birth thru adolescence. It's in a reference style, so you can look up what you need in the index & go from there.
