I LOVED Dr. Lori Halderman, she delivered my 3rd child & she was awesome. She's also a very understanding & caring Gyn. I promise you'll be very happy with her! She is also part of the all-female practice, North Texas Women's Health Partners, in McKinney.

Everyone in my neighborhood (Allen) plus several of my McKinney friends love Craig Ranch OBGYN on 121. There are two female doctors there (and 2 men).

Dr. Bailey at 4401 Coit Road Frisco, TX 75035-0509 ###-###-####. They are delivering at the new Baylor hospital in Frisco. If your insurance covers the Baylor hospital at the corner of Legacy and Warren then it's worth it to deliver your baby there.

My OBGYN i Dr. Suzette Boyd and she is fantastic! She is located in Frisco off the Dallas N Tollway and Warren in the same medical complex as Baylor. We had my son at the Baylor Medical Center right there because we were so iimpressed with how nice it was and the staff was so nice and made you feel very comfortable. She also does deliveries atthe Plano Presbyterian hospital in Plano off of the Dallas N Tollway and Parker. I have heard great things about that hospital as well. This is her own practice so you would only be seeing her. I moved to the area from CA in July 2008 and found out I was expecting in August 2008 and we feel so lucky to have found such a nice doctor and a great hospital for the birth of our first child!

Dr. Katrina Walsh in Plano. She is off of Parker & Midway by Presby Plano. She is wonderful!! You will love her. Be sure to get her and not her partner though. I don't have her number near me, but you can find her on the Internet.

Welcome to the area! I know that you said that you'd prefer an all-female practice, but I still wanted to give you my OB/GYN's name. She is the only in the practice, but she has delivered both of my babies, and I love her! I have been seeing her since I moved to Texas (5 years ago).

Her name is Dr. Sadler, and she is located in McKinney. Her office is in the Medical Center Building in McKinney (right next to the hospital). The address is 4510 Medical Center Drive, Suite 309, McKinney 75069. The number is ###-###-####. Dr. Sadler has privileges at Presbyterian Hospital of Allen and the hospital in McKinney. I delivered both of my babies in Allen.

I too go to Craig Ranch OBGYN. They are not all female, but are excellent. One of the male doctors, Andrew Shimer, delivered my daughter. My son was delivered by a female Dr no longer with the practice. Both deliveries went great. Many of my friends use Craig Ranch too.

I would recommend Allen Presby for your delivery. I had both of mine there. It is a smaller hospital and I felt I had more attention. Also, if you plan on breastfeeding, the lactation consultant is wonderful. Super patient and helpful, even after you go home from the hospital.

I love my OB/GYN, Dr. Jennifer Allen. She is part of an all-female practice, North Texas Women's Health, in McKinney. Also, I think that Medical Center of McKinney is getting a bad rap. While their emergency room services arent' stellar, the maternity services are great! I deliverd there in January 2007. And I was doing a VBAC (vaginal birth after ceasarean) and only after the fact did I find out how difficult it is to find both a doctor and a hospital who supports VBAC's. So Kudos to Medical Center of McKinney!

I am a big fan of Presby Plano Hospital. I had my son there 1.5 yrs ago. They were awesome. He spent 3 wks in NICU and we recieved top notch care. I have no complaints. I have been a patient there for other situations and it's always been a great experience.

I have an awesome OB but it's a male. His name is Christopher Riegal. Office is around the corner from Presby Plano.

I LOVE my OBGYN... she's amazing, and several of my friends have switched to her as well. Her name is Dr. Judith Hsu, and she is with North Texas OBGYN, in Plano on 15th & Coit. They are located right next door to Medical Center of Plano, which is where I had my first baby, and cannot wait to have my second in June. They were wonderful. My best friend is also a labor & delivery nurse and has worked with several doctors at several hospitals. She actually worked at Medical Center of Plano, and said Dr. Hsu is one of her favorite doctors she has worked with. I was so glad to know the "ins and outs" from her! :)

They have a website: http://www.ntxobgyn.com/. All the doctors in their practice are wonderful. I have also seen Dr. Vu and Dr. Varadi when I had an emergency and Dr. Hsu was out. Both women were wonderful... so sweet and caring. That's what I love about this practice. Dr. Hsu makes us feel like we are her only patients, and she has gone out of her way to call me at home on several occasions to check on me, after she has left her office.

PLEASE, DO NOT GO TO MEDICAL CENTER OF MCKINNEY!!!!!

You will find much better facilities in this area, but not this one. There are so many lawsuits against them for negligence in death, bad surgeries, and e.r.visits.

Welcome to the area K H! You're getting a lot of great referrals, but I wanted to say that you probably should stay away from Medical Center of McKinney as far as hospitals go. They have quite a reputation. Centennial, Presby Allen, and especially Plano Presby are all the best places to deliver.

I use Craig Ranch OBGYN and they are wonderful! I had my now 3.5 year old daughter with them and am now pregnant with #2. I just had my first OB appointment with the OB nurse today and felt WONDERFUL about the experience. They were great when I had my daughter with them years ago and seem to be even better now. They do have one male doctor in the group but all of the others are female.

I delivered at Presby Allen in 2006 and had a great experience.. Good luck!
