Wow everyone rushing to judge! Calm down. I believe you are talking about the bus that comes to house and has arcade games and other fun activitied in the bus? I don't have a recommendation since i dont live near you but my friend did this for her 7 year old and they had a blast!! Good luck and ignore rude comments!

I personally think 6 is a little too young...my friend had a limo rented for her 13th birthday, and it was awesome, because I remember it over 20 years later. I can't even remember my 6th birthday.

If you you are set on something like this, try Sweet and Sassy or other girly party events!

HUH--a party bus for a 6 year old? Why do Americans insist on rushing our children through life's experiences???

Clearly, you are looking at too many episodes of Housewives of Everywhere!

We have a tumble bus (big bus outfitted with springy surfaces and pads) that comes around for children's birthday parties. My SIL rented it and they came for 2 hours and the kids loved it!

She simply googled for tumble bus or party bus in her area. You might also call party supply stores (PartyUSA, etc) and see if they have any info.

I've seen it driving around on occasion. Looks like fun. Mostly gymnastics activities inside, but there might be other things in there I'm not seeing on the website.

Most of the limo companies in Chicago will also have a party bus.... when I had my graduation we ended up with a Hummer Limo because the party bus was too expensive, but we needed it for like 12 people and to try and get everone to the ceremony and park etc was logistically crazy..... I think we used Chicago Limo. Try them.

I also agree that your granddaughter is the right age for a sweet and sassy party. All the girls come to your house and the pink limo picks up the girls takes them to sweet and sassy where they get their hair done or whatever (depending on your package) and then they bring the girls back to the b'day girl's house.

We had exactly what you're looking for come twice for our sons. It's called the Bus O'Fun see this link for the contact info. We live on the northside of Chicago, so even though it's based out of Worth, IL, he traveled to our house.

See if you can find the Chicago Parent paper/magazine-whatever you call it--or go to the website. There is an advertisement in there all the time about a bus that can come to your place for a child's party. They have some kind of fun activities on it and I think there is one with animals.
