Does anybody know where or how I can get postcards from states other than Arizona? My son's preschool is doing a project and they are wanting to receive a postcard from every state. I am a native of Arizona and almost all of my family lives here so I don't have that many relatives outside of AZ to mail one to me.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.
I want to personally thank everybody that helped out with his postcard project. My son received a large amount of postcards for his class. He was so excited everyday when the teacher went to the mailbox in the room and he heard his name. He would come home and say "Mommy I got another postcard today!!" The class project was a huge success. Thanks again everybody!!!
Search on line. I bet you can find post cards for sell. Ebay, Amazon are good starting points to look. Then just search the net until you find the ones you need or as many as you need.

When do you need it for your project? Going to Oregon this next weekend, and could pick one up and mail it to you. Only way i know you can get them from other states. Have family/friends in Michigan, New York, Nevada, Missouri, Tennessee, and can send an email for a request. Let me know, and then you can email me your information. Would be glad to help.

We also have limited out-of-state contacts and when my sister-in-law did this with her kindergarten class in Prescott, we asked our out-of-state friends and family to pass on the request to their non-AZ contacts. They got a flood of responses! It sort of becomes a chain letter, but if you ask each person to pass it on to two or three others, you'll likely cover all of the states. Let me know if you need a card from PA or D.C. - we have family there. Or, if you use facebook or myspace, I've heard people do it that way as well. No personal experience to go one, but I've heard of it. :) Good luck!
Alot of times if you get on the tourist page for that state you can email them & let them know it is for a preschool they will sometimes send you one for free. Other wise just ask if you sent a stamp could they send you one.. Check CL to see if people have any old one's they are getting rid of..
You could check online. Maybe AAA has something. I am visiting Oregon now and would be happy to send one from here if you would like me to. Let me know.
