My daughters pillow pet has been getting flat in a few spots lately, everything seems closed together and I don't know how I would stuff it back up. Has anyone stuffed a pillow pet before? I heard using a vacuum and vacuuming the spot will help? Please help :)

What can I do next?

You buy a bag of Ultra Plush Fiber, cut open a seam about 3-4 inches, shove in some fiber until it's fluffy again, make sure it will Velcro closed so it isn't too full, add or take out as needed, then re-stich it together. Good luck.

I'm not 100% sure what a pillow pet is. I've had to stuff pillows before when they got flat. I just undid some stitching and sewed back up. Is there no way to do that?

I've also fluffed up pillows in the dryer on low before. I'm not sure what that would do to your pillow pet - might not work well with fabric or finishes. But I do that quite regularly - they look puffy again. These pillows are cotton though.

Not sure how the vacuum would fluff it up. That's a new one to me.

I would do what Margie G suggested.

Open part of the seam and add or re-stuff and then sew it back up.

I have removed the old stuffing and filled it with new for stuffed animals. It's easy to do especially.with a pillow. Open a seam in an inconspicuous spot. Pull out the old put in the new. I washed and dried the animal in washer and dryer before opening it up.

Filler gets flat over time. Open a small section and see what's inside. Is it a shaped form? Is it Polyfill? Is it a bunch of pieces or one big one?

This information will tell you what you need to do. I wash soft toys with no mechanical parts inside in the washing machine with similar colors. So if it fades it won't hurt other clothes. I also wash full size pillows. If you wash pillows in a top loading machine you only put a couple of pillows in there, nothing else. Then start the load. Having equal weight on both sides will keep it balanced. I also dry foam pillows but not Polyfill.

Then I might dry it on the lowest heat setting all by itself and I might just sit it on something where it can have evaporation on most sides then flip it a few times over that day. Depending on it's size/density it might need to dry a couple of days.
