Hi... Hope these answers are helpful:
1. I am pretty sure the fee is $13.00/week or around $40/month if you sign up for the monthy pass.
2. You will get a lot of materials when you sign up, and you would be able to do the program without buying other stuff. BUT, there are additional materials that are very helpful which you may want to consider. They sell a member kit as well as a points calculator that I use all the time. I think the kit is about $40.
3. I am not aware of any "must attend x #..." With WW, you can either choose to attend meetings or do the program on your own on-line. With the weekly meetings, you do pay for those you miss. So, for example, when I had the monthly pass, if I missed a week for whatever reason, the fee for that week was still deducted.
4. From what I know, it is not hard to cancel.
5. Whatever you purchased is yours, so you would keep that if you canceled.
From my own experience, I lost 45 lbs with WW, and reached my goal last summer. I went to meetings weekly. In the beginning, I was not looking forward to sitting in a meeting and I felt a bit embarrassed. But, it did not take long for me to honestly look forward to going each week and seeing everyone. The meetings were very helpful and encouraging. Give it a try or maybe look at the on-line options.
Good luck to you! You can do it!!!

www.weightwatchers.com should answer your questions. If you bou a 3 month package it ends up being less than 10 a session. If you show your insurance card some insurances let you have a discounted rate.
Also, it is free registration through March 13? I think. They will answer all your questions if you go early to a meeting, and some let you stay for one meeting free just to try it out. You can keep all your materials, but since the program changed this year I don't know what if offered.

hello
just joined myself.. (again)
right now there is no registration fee up until March sometime.. and therefore, IF you prefer to pay as you go, YES.. it's 13 a week..
the materials you will rec are as follows:
a weigh in log (that will include your beginning weight)
a WW guide to pointsplus..
a weekly points tracker booklet (to log what you eat)
and a pamplet of whatever is the topic for that week.
then AFTER class, they hold a 1/2 hour meeting for the necomers and or anyone who wants to stay... the leader will answer any of your questions..

you don't have to attend meetings BUT once they add back on that registration fee come March, then IF you do miss a weekly meeting, you are charged a fee once you do return.. the fee from my past experience was 5 dollars... however, I was told that was going to change.. but let's say it is 5 dollars and the registration fee is 20... then of course, you'd wouldn't be charged more than a total of 20.. (confusing, but not really in person)

also.. you KEEP all materials you are ever given...

I do the pay as you go... so IF it's hard to cxl online than I don't know about that..

drop me a line if u have more questions..
