Hello, I am seeking advice from other Mom's that have experience with young Children with Asthma. My son who was born with Asthma has been on Allergy medicine and (an Albuteral inhaler as needed) from birth, He is now 9 years old and doing great in school, very little Asthma attacks! Daughter Losing Hair

Our 7 1/2 year old daughter is losing her hair. As I comb her hair after a bath/shower so much of it comes out. She has blonde curly hair, and it now looks thin and terrible. We took her to the doctor, he said it might be Alepecia (spelling) and he also took blood, which came back negative. So I have a dermatologist appt on June 22nd. I can't beleive they can't get her in sooner. I asked to be put on a cancellation list to hopefully get her in before June. Rash from Cephalosporins

My son, 13 months, was diagnosed with a allergic reaction to cephalosporins. He was on the antibiotic for the full ten day treatment (he had strep and a doctor that ignored our concerns). It has been over 4 weeks and his skin is starting to peel and the red bumps still come and go. We put him on steroids when the rash seemed dangerous but he has been off of those for over 2 weeks now and the extremely itchy rash is still present. Has anyone had a similar experience?
