Won't Go to the Potty!

I am desperate and in need of help. My beautiful 3 year old daughter will not have a bowel movement on the potty. She will literaly hold it in and then only goes once a week and I have to almost hold her on the potty till she goes and when she does it hurts her cause quite frankly it something that should come out of an adult. I don't know what to do and it's upsetting me. She is afraid to go due to the fact that it hurts her. I don't know what to do to help her understand that she needs to go more often. I am afraid I am going to start...

When she goes that long she gets really sick. She won't eat or hardly drink anything, her belly gets round and hard and she's miserable. Her bowels push on her bladder and she loses the sensation that she needs to...
