Have Any of You Moms Had Any Experience with Enfamil Gentlease??

I just switched my daughter from Enfamil Premium to Enfamil Gentlease because she was having alot of gas and explosive bowl movements every other day. I noticed she does still have some gas which has to be natural but the biggest thing I notice is she wants to eat every 2 to 2.5 hrs it's like this formula doesn't keep her full long? I wonder is it as nutritional as the Enfamil Premium? Have any of you moms noticed a big change?

Breastfed to Enfamil Next Step or Cow's Milk?

My son is 10 months old and I have been breastfeeding him since birth, and continue to do so at least until he is 1yr old. After that, we'll see. If all goes well, I may continue to bf him a bit longer. If I do wean him at 12-15 months, should I give him cow's whole milk or should I start him on Enfamil Next Step which is for toddlers 9-24months. Any thoughts? Thank you!

Infant with Gas

My 2 month old son has been suffering from long periods of excessive gas--especially in the evenings. It's severe enough that it keeps him from going to sleep and repeatedly wakes him (often partially, sometimes completely). It has interfered with nursing on a couple of occasions--he was "starving" (as all babies are when hungry ^_^), but had to disengage to pass gas so frequently that he couldn't nurse! The gas is obviously painful--he starts screaming as he feels it coming and really strains to pass it and sometimes screams even more...

Baby Crying While Bottle Feeding at 4 Months, Starting Formula

We are transitioning from breastmilk to formula for my 4 month old baby. As we are increasing the amount of formula per feeding (every feeding is mixed with some breastmilk), we are noticing that he seems to turn his head to the side and cry for the first few minutes. After this time he will sometimes get the hang of it and finish the bottle, but sometimes he will end up only taking a few ounces. It does not seem to be gas related. I am wondering what may be causing this--pain, distraction, etc. It seems to be about the same for...

Allergic to Enfamil?

My 3 month old has had feeding issues since he was a month old. He gets a stomach ache/cramps/gas and has bad reflux and nothing helped. Suspected milk allergy, switched to Enfamil Nutramigen but didn't seem to get much better. Tried Similac Alimentum and saw a huge improvement after a week. But if we give him the Enfamil, all his symptoms come back. Belly ache, cramping, gas, reflux gets worse and he chokes/aspirates and spits up all day. He is super fussy and cranky. He fights sleep during the day and wakes up more through the night. He...

Enfamil Lipil A.R. Formula

Has anyone tried Enfamil Lipil A.R. formula? My baby spits up all the time and I don't think she has reflux because she's been on Prevacid for 8 weeks and still spits up. She doesn't seem to be uncomfortable when eating and doesn't cry when she spits up. She has been on Gentlease for 6 months but the spitting up hasn't decreased at all. Would this A.R. formula even be appropriate for her?
