Baby Shower & Registry..

Hello~ I am trying to register for my baby shower & figure out all of the necessary items we will be needing for our daughter. Money has been very tight lately, due to a family crisis, I haven't worked in over a year. I would like to know what are some of the items that you couldn't live without & the things you never used. I am trying to create a registry so my husband & I & our loved ones know what we need & where things stand. Any advice on baby products would be greatly appreciated. This is our first baby. Thanks so much!

What Do You Really Need for an Infant?

So it's been 8 years since I last had a baby to care for. I am expecting again and am at a loss for what I really need and trying to prioritize. I have looked at many registries and think they include a lot of frivolous items (wipe warmers ect) So if you could go back in time and know then what you know now, what are your must have items. When I say I have nothing I mean not one baby item at all. I know I'll need a crib, clothes, ect. I also plan on breastfeeding, so I will need a pump for when I return to work and there are so many to...

4Th baby....go for It or No?

Hi all. I have three lovely little children. Two boys 4 and 6, and a 2 1/2 year old girl. My husband and I have had wonderful experiences raising all of them. We've had all the usual ups and downs of babyhood, toddlerhood etc, but overall it has been pure joy and we absolutely love being parents. We felt very satisfied after our little girl, and for the past few years have even toyed with the idea of doing something permanent so we didn't have to worry about birth control. Now that my daughter is older, and more independent (and sweet...

Secondary Infertilty - Advice and Support Needed!

Wondering if anyone can share their story or offer advice and support about secondary infertilty issues. We've been trying for another child and recently went through some initial examinations with a Reproductive Endocrinologist (fertiltiy specialist). Apparently everything is NORMAL! (and our first baby was conceived lickety-split!), but since its been a year, we still fall into the "unexplained infertility" category. The doctor's first suggestion is for us to try a combination of chlomid treatments, HCG injections, and Intrauterine...
