Migraines and Pregnancy....

Hello all! I am currently 18 weeks pregnant and started suffering from HORRIBLE headaches one week ago. I ended up in the ER the first night they started and back in the hospital after my OB appointment two days later. So, lots going through my head right now (literally!) First off, no confirmed diagnosis other than hormones from pregnancy causing migraines. Insomnia During Pregnancy

hello moms, My sis-in-law is 24 weeks pregnant and the main issue she is facing is lack of sleep..Her best nights are when she gets 1-2 hours of sleep, and she is awake almost all night most of the days. She is getting very tired due to this. Her doc said this is normal and no need to worry. Any one who had/having similar experience , please suggest tips for getting good night sleep? Thanks, M.

Sleep Medications During Pregnancy

I took Ambien the first time I was pregnant and I am currently on Elavil and they did not let me know that it was a category D and I am not sure what I should do about this because I cannot go wo taking something because I have tried the whole benadryl and other things.
