Help! My 2 Year Old Can Get Out of His Car Seat While I'm Driving.

I have a 2 year old son who is tall for his age (he's 3 ft) and is way too big for an intermediate-toddler carseat and has been using a "big kid" car seat for the past 4 months, where the restraint is the cars own shoulder seatbelt. Up until a few days ago, this was never a problem. Now my son has figured out how to maneuver out of the seatbelt (not unbuckle it, but actually wiggle out of it"). Dora the Explorer Carseat and Booster Question

I was looking at booster seats the other day, and I saw this thing and it is truly horrifying! Oh my goodness, has anyone else seen it? (I will link it in the 'so what happened'). I mean it wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for those bright yellow hand grips! I sometimes wonder what marketing people are thinking. Am I alone in this?! Would anyone buy this? No offense if you think it's cute, we all have different tastes. I'm not against Dora at all, but wow, I've never seen marketing go so far. Actually it doesn't look that bad in the pic......
