Has anyone tried Fat Loss 4 Idiots? I see they claim you can lose weight very quickly. I'm a very healthy person. I only have about 10 pounds to lose, but it has been there for a year. I really only want to hear if anyone has tried this program.

Thanks!

I have not done this diet and I know you only want to hear about it. However after reading what Jennifer wrote with the days planned out with all veggies, all fruit it made me think about the Lords Table diet. It does incorporate the the Bible but the days are planned out just as Jennifer said. It was free when I signed up a couple of years ago. I am assuming it still is.

Here is the website I just thought instead of spending money try checking this out. http://www.settingcaptivesfree.com/lords_table/course.php

Never heard of it, but I just started an awesome program called p90x. It's Really Hard. But it's worth it. Think of it as your 90 day challenge. The results I've seen in my friends have been amazing. And after just two days myself, I'm pretty convinced that if I can stick with it, I'm going to be pleased too. Check it out at http://www.beachbodycoach.com/esuite/home/mcnielm/home under Products. It's not cheap ($120) but if you figure how much a gym would cost, and you can do this at home, with your kids running around and no driving time, it's worth the cost. Oh, you will also need a pull-up bar ($30 in a fitness store) and some weights. They recommend some other materials too (yoga blocks, mat, push-up gadgets haha, and then some supplements, too... my friend says those are optional, though I think I might invest in them now that I've seen the program and done a few workouts... )

Good luck!

I haven't tried that, but I have gotten Lipo B12 shots at Life Sculpting in Chandler. They improved my energy and mood, and I think helped me lose weight as well. I lost more than a pound a week with the shots.

Since you only have a small amount you want to lose, you may want to think on a couple of other options. First, a good, consistent exercise program that tones your muscles and reduces inches rather than weight - even whole body vibration - which I personally think is awesome. Second, cleanse the body's systems of toxic chemicals, excess yeast, fungus, heavy metals, and parasites. An excellent line of wellness products is offered by the Amazon Herb Company, including a few for cleansing and supporting the organs of the digestive system. I am a certified herbal consultant and associate of the company. If you have any questions or want more information you can contact me, or visit my website: www.shootingstarherbs.amazonherb.net. Be healthy and you will realize that "fat" is food for the brain not something to avoid. May the forest be with you!

I signed up for this program. It was very hard for me to stick to. You get a "diet generator" online system that you choose 7-15 foods from the left column and the same from the right column then you hit enter and it gives you your eleven day menu which has four meals per day. After you complete the eleven days you get three days to do whatever you want. Sometimes it came up with foods that would never go together such as ham slices, cheese and a bowl of oatmeal. The two really hard days for me were day 2 which is an all fruit day and day 8 which was an all veggie day. It was very hard to eat vegetables for breakfast. I have a blood sugar issue where I get light headed if I don't eat and on the fruit days I just felt very weak. I do not like vegetables at all so this day was just about impossible for me. I did go through the whole eleven days (cheating on day 8) and lost four pounds but then the three "cheat" days I gained two back. I just don't think the results for me were enough to continue. I have about 10-15lbs that I would like to lose but I don't think I would use the "diet generator" again. It just wasn't for me.

After reading your request I remembered that when I received the program I also was able to download a handbook. I just went through it and it has a diet in it. I don't recall really looking at it before now. It gives you a list of protein and carb foods which are the same that you will find on the "diet generator". It then tells you day 1-10 what combinations to do such as:

Day 1 - Eat 3 carb meals and 1 carb/protein mixed meal
Day 2 - Eat 3 carb meals and 1 protein meal
Day 3 - Eat 2 carb meals and 2 protein meals

and so on.

I think I'm going to try this one. It seems like it would be a little better fit for me. There is no "cheat" days, no "all fruit" days and no "all veggie days". If you would like more information regarding the diet in the handbook email me privately.

Thanks and good luck in what you decide. Also if you have any other questions regarding the "diet generator" program just let me know.
