Sunscreen for Sensitive Skin - Celina,TX

My son has sensitive skin and I need a good sunscreen that I can put on his face. Most of them are fine on the rest of his body but give him a mild rash on his face. I have a cabinet full of different brands. It is so expensive and I hate to keep wasting money. He has a baseball tournament this weekend and I need to find something ASAP.
TIA

What can I do next?

Would the baby sunscreen work for him? Or maybe the sunscreen for women to use on their faces? I have to use sunscreen, I have Vertigilo (sp), I am losing all the pigment in my skin and where I don't have pigment I burn quickly. My skin is also somewhat sensitive, I have found that unscented products work for me. Look for travel size or sample bottles.
Check with companies like Mary Kay and Avon to see if they have a product you can use, or if the consultant will give you a sample to see if this works.

Man oh man, did I just suffer this spring break....I even took a picture for my dermatologist.

What I have figured out is that people with sensitive skin are allergic to the Octinoxates used in A LOT of sunscreens.

So, read labels and choose a sunscreen made with Titanium Oxide....it will be white when applied at first. But I'm pretty sure you'll be happier with the long term results.

We've had excellent luck with Aveeno & Neutrogena. Both were recommended by our dermatologist.

Neutrogena 'Pure & Free' both stick and regular version has been the only one that my son doesn't break out to.

We have used the Neutrogena face stick (a sort of flat wide lipstick looking thing in a mostly white shell and the packaging is white with some blue), and even the CVS version of it that they generally sell right next to it. My daughter has super sensitive skin and has had no rashes with this one. Perhaps write Neutrogena and ask for samples? Also, try your local health food store, they may be able to suggest a natural brand. Good luck.
